As a pensioner it became necessary that I downsize my apartment and I borrowed $25,000 CDN and renovated my apartment, preparatory to selling. Unfortunately the building was then suddenly declared a leaky condo and there has been delay after delay in getting the red tape out of the way and the building renovated. Leaky condos don't sell until they're properly remediated so there’s at least another year to go before it will be feasible to sell the apartment. In the meantime, the monthly repayments are more than my pension can cover. Donations of any amount to help towards paying off the debt would be much appreciated. Thank you
